At the IAAF World Indoor Championships in Instanbul, Turkey today Demetrius Pinder and Chris Brown both won their respective heats and advanced to Saturday's finals.
Pinder had the top time of anyone out of the round, winning heat number one in 45.94 over Tabarie Henry of The Virgin Islands. Fireman won heat two with a time of 46.37.
