The Freshmen:

Amirah Crabbe to Compete in Championship 60m Hurdles, Freshman 60m Dash and Freshman Long Jump at New Balance.

Amirah Crabbe (West Catholic) will have a busy meet with three events.

Pay close attention to the Championship 60m Hurdles, as Crabbe is the 6th ranked freshman in the nation at 9.13. It will be exciting to see how the young hurdler responds to the high level of competition.

Aydriane Bowden to Compete in Championship 60m Hurdles, Freshman 60m Dash and Freshman Long Jump at New Balance.

Aydriane Bowden (Kennet) is entered in the same triple at Crabbe.

Bowden is the 3rd ranked freshman 55m hurdler in the nation at 8.43. Time will tell how she responds to the deep Championship 60m hurdle field.

Gracie Plastino to Compete in Freshman 800m Run and Freshman 1 Mile Run at New Balance.

Look for North Catholic's Gracie Plastino in the middle-distance double.

Plastino is the US No. 14 freshman in the mile with a 5:09.92. Expect to see her on the podium as an All-American in the Freshman race.

Rowan Carr to Compete in Emerging Elite 1 Mile Run and Run Leg of Championship 4 by 1 Mile Relay at Nike.

As the 8th-ranked freshman miler in the country, Penncrest's Rowan Carr is one you'll want to pay attention to. With a PR of 4:28.31, expect him to be competitive in the Emerging Elite field.
