Marvin Bracy jumped up in distance this week and tried his hand at the 400 meters--the first time we have on record for him at that distance. He was victorious in that event with a 50.04 and followed that up with a 21.69 back more in his comfort zone at 200 meters. Todd Grasley was on site for coverage for flrunners.com.
